Special education teachers do a lot. Like, a lot, a lot.

5 am to 9 pm. A 16 hour work day. I am so drained.

I am not okay. I had a partial breakdown today, and I fear the full one is coming soon. And once it starts it’ll be very hard to stop.

What do I lose more than my sanity on a day to day basis? The Apple TV Remote and my keys. I have now misplaced both the living room and my bedroom Apple TV Remotes 😐😐😐

Admitting you don’t know something or need help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
