I had a great first call with my coach from the Ambition Institute instructional coaching programme. It’s really made me think about how I can improve my own coaching. An hour very well spent ☺️

Our wonderful BTEC dancers performed their last assessment piece today. We laugh and have such fun in our lessons with them. I did shed some tears yesterday, we are going to miss teaching them so much! ❤️
