I know there are many resources on Microbits out there but couldn't help myself.

Down with tonsillitis, thought I should do something and find Python Tkinter books. None of them seem to have Kindle versions. PDFs I find online are out of date. Any recommendations? I know functionality is more important but I have two very special AH students who can do it all

That time of the year again… When spring comes, we start building the Lego Spikes for the next series of lessons by Coding Success for S1 robots unit #codingSuccess After Easter we will have 10 EVs to code.

Started learning Flask for next year’s Advanced Higher. Got to page 31 and am very impressed with the book by Miguel Grinberg. Only 400 and so pages to go…

First week of study leave for seniors over, Friday night. Managed to use Flask for forms tonight but this is a very slow process. Anyone with a better idea for learning Flask?If I can complete 10% of the book every week, I will be finished before mid July I guess.

Thank you Scottish Teachers Advancing Computing Science and J.P. Morgan for a great event yesterday. Lots to think about today. It was also great to see so many CS teachers from different LAs. Best part, though, seeing PGDE friends again.

First day of holiday, couldn’t stay away from Computing. We went to NMOS for Game On. Wish I could take all my 1st years to see it too. Fascinating to see the evolution of gaming.
