This worries me. We were visited by an OFSTED inspector in Dec who specifically asked me where differentiation was in my books. I explained it had no foundation in research and that I often didn't differentiate. She was disgusted by that. Then, OFSTED release this. Did she know?

A1: When targeting for support you need a balance. Currently our SLT focus on progress. Low attaining children making some progress aren't flagged while children who are very high achievers levelling out for a term get all the bells and whistles. #PrimaryRocks
