We've been learning about Virginia Symbols and today we talked about the Cardinal! We ended our lesson with a fun drawing! Our classroom is filled with artists (& take it from me, the drawing was tricky!) :) Timber Lane ES

We read the book "Turkey Trouble" and disguised our turkey! We have pirates, magicians, trees, and more! We love activities where we just get to create and listen to some music together! :) Timber Lane ES

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. we learned about his contributions and discussed how our differences make us special. We read the story The Crayon Box that Talked and celebrated what makes us unique and learned that we can all be better together! Timber Lane ES
