Excellent read. As a mother of an adult son w/ASD, & former ESL/SPED/GenEd, Tchr, It’s spot on. Narrative texts harder than informational. We ask kids to do something that requires skills known to be issues in ASD. We spent years & TEARS! Some progress but still HUGE struggle!

"Only very sick kids should die from measles" No, Secretary Kennedy NO child should die from measles. Because there's a vaccine to prevent it.

America cannot long remain free, nor first among nations, if it becomes the kind of place where universities are dismantled because they don't align politically with the current head of the government.

Facts are stubborn things. Since the beginning of this year, the Russian army has carried out attacks against Ukraine using nearly 27,700 aerial bombs, almost 11,200 Shahed drones, around 9,000 other types of attack UAVs, and more than 700 missiles, including ballistic ones. And

Quebec just dropped an ad for Americans—and we have all the feels. Comments like “I thought we’d get roasted…but I’m crying instead” and “As an American…I needed that hug” are flooding TikTok. I know things would be better if we all got a hug from Canada. And I need one too.
