Visited a great museum today, very enjoyable! So much history and arranged so well! Hidden away in the North York Moors at Hutton-le-hole! North York Moors NP Ryedale Folk Museum

And so more things have arrived for the reading area in Y6! Mr D will be very glad when I return to school so I cannot keep purchasing stuff!!! (Bob the Labrador thought the gonk was his though).

Mr D planned a 26 mile cycle ride as a diversion from me planning a list of autumn jobs for him and I found this - now I want an original post box at the bottom of the drive, a train gate and a small model railway like is behind this gate! He is now regretting this…

Read this fantastic book this weekend from the era of WW1. Not only covering life in England/Europe at that time but the expectations for girls. Great story that I shall recommend to my y6! Hilary McKay

So that’s it - my MA is official! 3 years of studying and research!

And that is it … the end of 30 years in the teaching profession! Exciting times been had, exciting times ahead!
