My 9 yr old daughter had the idea of making posters that would make people feel good, smile and boost their mood. She decided to post them throughout our community. I'm so proud of her initiative and desire to make the world a kinder, happier place to be. @Move983 Ben McLean

Cool treats on a warm day.

We enjoyed "All The Colours" day with glow sticks, smarties math, scribble monsters and Pointillism art.

We worked hard on this STEAM challenge, building desk pet homes. Requirements were to have an opening to ensure access to play inside, floors/level, windows and indoor furniture. Decor came after.

We had a virtual field trip to outer space today. It was AWESOME!

We kept warm today inside 🔥 by creating 3D fire for visual art and outside ☀️ with the sunshine.

Math stations today included all sorts of coding.

Learning all about probability, practiced fact fluency, turn taking and fun all while playing these Grade 5/6 Math games.

Our potatoes have come to life!!!! The Bad Seed, The Smart Cookie, Minions, The Good Egg, The Sour Grape. Just to name a few!

We learned so much during our bubbles&water exploration experiments.Did you know the shape of the bubble wand doesn't matter, the bubbles always a sphere!We moved water from one side of "Earth" to another part of Earth(buckets) with the help from the Sun(us) and clouds (sponges)

Last snack of this school year, we had a picnic.

As a parent to a middle schooler and a teacher, my son has decided school is overrated, this was my response to him.Middle/intermediate students, overall have this mindset, it's on parents and educators to ensure they see the point to learning and life long learning in ANY job.
