Friday our class, along with the other 3rd grades, enjoyed, "The Reading Cafe". Where we did some book-tasting to practice our upcoming unit. Students were engaged while learning the important skills of choosing a book before diving in. Adam Gerson

3rd graders celebrated their writing today by reviewing what good writers do and then reading each other's small moments. They then wrote compliments on stickie- notes for one another. Adam Gerson

Students used positive collaboration to complete a STEM activity called Save Fred. A gummy worm's boat has capsized, and students must take the gummy lifesaver and get it around Fred. They can only use paper clips as an extension of their hands. Adam Gerson Tara Koehler
