This really chimed with me; although I understand the benefits of home working, my employer has asked for a more hybrid setup. I really have seen how valuable that can be, as we’re essentially a tech company in a niche market, and getting time with colleagues is valuable.

With teenage kids who are generally quite responsible and get why excessive ChatGPT use might be a barrier to development but spend a lot of time socialising online, this provides a great, understandable analogy for them. Thank you!
