We completed our Annual Work Plan Planning Workshop and Movement Induction workshop this past week with a total of 37 participants, including members, volunteers and staff across all 5 MRC Units.

Last week, we hosted the Youth as Agents for Behavioral Change (YABC) Camp in Addu City as part of MRC's on-going project carried out in partnership with Transparency MV. 20 changemakers across the Maldives joined our immersive camp, championing IFRC's Flagship YABC Program.

MRC, in partnership with IFRC and Climate Centre concluded a Climate Risk Assessment workshop as part of the Climate Action Journey – an integrated approach to scaling up climate action and locally led adaptation by Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies.

Through the IFRC Anticipation Hub & IFRC @disaster_law, a sensitization workshop on Anticipatory Action (AA) was organized for MRC staff & volunteers, centered around tools, mechanisms & paths forward for implementing & integrating AA as an approach to act before disasters occur.
