Shld IF matter? At lst accrdng to DORA it shouldn’t. Rcntly Department of Biotechnology , a DORA signatory stopped using IF in thr communication. Hwevr, while writing a grant closure report, I found SERB still asks IF of the publications. Do they consider that during evaluation? I dn’t know
