Speed limits across Inverclyde look set to be lowered from 30mph to 20mph. I have a few questions: 1) Are people REALLY being hit by cars that often? 2) Does this REALLY lower emissions or does it just create more congestion? 3) Does this REALLY make people’s lives better?
