My statement on today’s vote on the Terminally Ill Adults (end of life) Bill. I have carefully considered the choice MPs were asked to make. I voted for the Bill to pass to the next stage, but I have some concerns. Thank you to everyone who contacted me about this important vote.

I'm proud to be backing Max Wilkinson MP's 'Sunshine Bill', which aims to ensure all new homes have solar panels installed. It's a win-win solution - helping to cut bills and reducing our carbon emissions. I hope that MPs from all sides will get behind it.

The MCS Foundation is delighted to be supporting Max Wilkinson MP's "Sunshine Bill" calling for mandatory solar panels on new homes. Great to see many MPs across parties showing their support for lower bills and cutting carbon at Max's Parliamentary drop-in yesterday.

Labour and Tories are terrified of Reform/Farage and they have no answer but to slip further to the far right on migration. Too afraid of their own shadows to admit that Brexit is at the root of our migration crisis. Until we start being honest about that, it will only get worse.

HS2 will mean Cheltenham to London travellers suffer years of disruption during the construction of Old Oak Common station. And there’s a risk of permanently slower journeys when the station is built. I called a debate in Parliament to ask ministers what they’re doing about it.
