Caterpillar update 🐛 - All of our 5 caterpillars have now metamorphosed and the 🦋s have come out of their cocoons. We are feeding them until they are ready to be released. #MonktonKindergarten have observed how they suck up the juice/sirup with their special tongues. 😃

The Kindness Elves have arrived to spend some time in #MonktonKindergarten this year as well. They encourage us to do something kind each day. 😊 Today we decorated our class Christmas tree & added decorations to the school one too! 🎄We wonder what the new challenges will be. 🤔

Day 2 - Today Jingle & Sparkle (our Kindness Elves) encouraged us to do litter picking to help to keep our school grounds nice and clean. 🏡🏫✨Our Little Owls did such a marvellous job! #MonktonKindergarten #MonktonService #ActsOfKindness

Day 4 - Today Sparkle & Jingle (our Kindness Elves) asked us to make others smile. 😁 Hopefully we managed to do that to a lot of people (and perhaps to you by looking at these photos) 😊#MonktonKindergarten

Day 5 - Kindness Elves’ Challenge of the day: Little Owls received a special voucher in their drawers this morning to give to their grown ups at home. They encouraged the children to help out at home over the weekend. 🧸🧹🧼 #MonktonKindergarten

Day 6 - Kindness Elves Challenge - to perform our very special Early Years Nativity that we have been preparing for. 🎭🎄👪🌟Little Owls sang beautifully this morning! We are very proud of them all! #MonktonKindergarten #MonktonExpressiveArts

Day 7 - Today’s kindness challenge: Make a card or a bracelet for a friend! #MonktonKindergarten have been busy creating lovely gifts.

Day 8 - Kindness Elves’ challenge - to decorate cupcakes for people who help us and surprise them with it. After decorating, #MonktonKindergarten went on a trip to hand the cupcakes out and thank all these wonderful people for all they do. 😊 #ActsOfKindness #MonktonChaplaincy

Day 9 - Jingle & Sparkle gave us the challenge of going on a Treasure Hunt and sharing what we find with others. #MonktonKindergarten gave some treats to their friends in #MonktonRec 🍫 The Kindness Elves loved spending time in Owl Class! 😊 Hope to see you next year! 🎄✨🥰
