Winter is approaching during an unprecedented time for Aleppo following the Feb Earthquake. Over 4k buildings are no longer inhabitable, & another 25k need reinforcement; rain will multiply the risk of buildings collapse. Support is urgently needed 2 avert yet another catastrophe
