Kicked off the MCBA Varsity season tonight. I was taking the season off from coaching but subbed in to help out. 22 guys showed up, all played equally, had fun and produced a big team win! Another good group of players!

If the Red Sox even consider trading Jarren Duran they are crazy. 2 triples and a double tonight. Electric, hustles, plays hard, has fun. People watch him play. We don’t want to see him go, especially for a rental. Kids should learn to play like The Lizard King!

I see a number of players and coaches posting about players in MoCo that would be great additions to college teams. Keep in mind colleges look at the make up of the player too. I have seen some great talent, but terrible attitude and character.

Big fan of Tyler Luskey he played a number of tournaments with us over the years. Great kid, coachable and a great teammate.
