BLEACHING CREAMS Bleaching creams have become a must-have beauty product . A lot of Bleaching creams contains constituents that are absorbed into the blood and go straight to the kidneys. Noticed this with younger boys & ladies and some men who embraced bleaching.

ALCOHOL AND SMOKING There has long term association between alcohol and smoking as they both have damaging effects on the kidneys. Apart from Alcohol and smoking being linked to a lot of Cancers. High correlation to Hypertension, Heart attacks and more.

To reduce risks -Shun abuse of drugs & use as prescribed by a Dr - check your Blood pressure and sugar Get your Hepatitis B vaccine - say no to Agbo & Bleaching creams - Do routine tests Cut alcohol and Smoking Take enough water Ocassionally see a Dr Use your meds
