If you hear of a tragedy and your first thought is that an immigrant or non white male is involved, that is called internal or implicit bias and it means the red top rags and media are doing there jobs correctly in conditioning your thoughts and reactions.

I've got a better idea.. Why not give all of Ireland back to the Irish, Scotland to the Scots and Wales to the Welsh, then you wouldn't have to bother about stuff that's none of your business? Or are you terrified of English independence?
