That's a courtesy to those who haven't seen the episode and prevents spoilers.

However, THIS IS NOT A RACE and there are no "winners" or "losers." Here's what I mean:

Anyone can choose to follow or unfollow anyone else. There is no "official" Twilight or Maud or Pinkie Pie or anyone.

Sometimes someone playing does such a good job, is so consistently amusing/hilarious/entertaining, that they become the "default" go-to.

For instance, our Princess Twilight Sparkle has been accepted by an enormous number of people, because she's great and stays within the Guidelines.

But that does NOT make her account our "official" Twilight. There's no such thing. So here's how it works with new characters:

When the show on HUB introduces a new SC, if you want to be them, BE THEM. Make an account, be them. Be awesome. Be true to the char.

Be hilarious and entertaining. Stay within the Guidelines. Be ACTIVE. Support other peoples' RP. Contribute. Help folks.

You do all those things, so many folks will follow you that, no matter what your Twitter account name, you'll wind up being everyone's Maud.

Or Twilight. Or Spike. Or Applejack. Etc. And yes, it's possible if you're awesome at it and someone else is too, then "first" can matter.

Yes, people tend to follow the more simple mlp_<name> first. Yes, people will give a chance to whomever is active first. But that's it.

Just a little edge, a chance to be that person. That doesn't mean they've "won." This isn't about follows or popularity.

It's about BIG ADVENTURE and TONS OF FUN. Do that, with any character, no matter how late you join, and you're a winner! :)
