After 25 years of dedicated service & nearly perfect attendance, Central Platte NRD Director Ed Kyes of Central City resigned at Thursday’s Board meeting. Ed held several leadership roles: Board Secretary, Vice Chairman & Chairman received Director of the Year from NARD in 2021.
