The votes are increasing to expel Sen Eichorn, now Sen DFL says “There is no place in the Minnesota Senate for someone who engages in such abusive and predatory behavior.”   We are prepared to expel Senator Eichorn if he does not resign."

There is no record of the Minnesota Legislature ever expelling a member, there have been several attempts. Legislative Reference Library confirms “but we are only confident in our records back to 1986.” So this would have been historic. #mnleg
