Premier League TV broadcasting rights 2001-04=£1.56bn 2004-07=£1.45bn 2007-10=£2.5bn 2010-13=£3.39bn 2013-16=£5.43bn 2016-19=£8.64bn 2019-22=£9.2bn Total =£32.17bn 5% of this as agreed in the 1999 taskforce agreement would of seen over £1.6bn invested into Grassroots football
