Radical candor sounds like an optimum zone for learning together. You cant underestimate the importance of challenging so everyone's dignity is intact and working towards a win win (as opposed to I win you lose)

Agree, we were groundbreaking 10 years ago when we pioneered this student driven pbl. It would be a shame if such a fantastic opportunity for deep, connected future focused learning didnt grow to be accesible to all.

Pete Jones, principal of Manurewa High, has just told TVNZ Breakfast that 10% of the school's students haven't returned post lockdown. And roughly 100 of those young people were senior students who've taken supermarket & courier jobs (etc) to help keep their families afloat...
