Delving back into some Celtic mythology for TopTweetTuesday Thank you to Margaret Royall and Matthew M C Smith for the space and time!

I had trouble choosing a poem on the theme of 'Myth', as I have two which fit the bill, but here is a taste of Celtic mythology for TopTweetTuesday and our host Margaret Royall.

I love that we both turned to Celtic mythology – what else? – and that you wove phrases from Down by the Salley Gardens through your poem, Jane. I also love the phrases ‘wreathed in foam as in a lover’s arms’, ‘milky wreathed star-net’ and ‘tines of antlered bone-tree’.
