Being able to ride in NSW was the pinnacle part of a jockey’s career but now it’s more like a battle field unfortunately 😔. I feel and believe racing NSW seem to be pushing young riders through who are no where ready to be riding in this dangerous environment of racing.

There is so much to be said for this…. I couldn’t agree more. I don’t know what the solution for it is exactly but something needs to be done.

My comment on Saturday was about the education and training system that is obviously failing these kids. I like many, feel change is needed.
