I forgot to let Running Commentary know about my peebee at the Leeds Half Marathon. It was my first proper half and my time was 2:13:17. It was a glorious day. Maybe I’ll do another one 🤔

.Running Commentary I did a 5k PB at Leeds Woodhouse Moor ParkRun yesterday. An incredible (for me) 26:27 including a little stop to tie my laces 🤦🏻‍♂️. The difference in time by running with 720 other Saturday morning loons is amazing.
