Here is our class “Fridge.” Here is where my students can bring things that they are proud of to post on the wall- awards, pictures, drawings, and anything in between. I think this is going to be great to boost classroom family. I can’t wait to share how it grows. ❤️

I made these for my first graders this year as a celebration of how amazing they have been and how thankful I am to be on this educational journey with them this year. ❤️

I spent my evening at a first grader’s basketball practice and then at dinner with his family. My soul is at peace, happiness is high. I love my job- and my firsties- so very much. ❤️

When you have a first grader take your candy cane day picture and they just have to take one and the same pose to “be like you.” ☺️

My students are picking words that describe them to make “declarations” about themselves and who they want to be. Y’all. This is my jam. #SELlife

These kids make my world go round, for real. My class created this collaborative poster to celebrate the holidays. These three stayed inside from recess- by choice- and put it together for us to hang up as a decoration. 🎄❤️ Love my job.

This week in first grade, capped off by the result of me being required to participate in our elf directed drawing yesterday. ❤️ The love in this classroom is so very real and it’s only getting stronger. I hope I’m making as big of an impact on them as they are on me.

All the teachers down at Leadership Prep School loved Christmas a lot, but Miss Warr at Majestic Gardens…she loved it the most. 🎄❤️😁
