A2: Growth mindset is important. I think many kid friendly learning websites do a good job of this by having it set up like a game this way students do not get discouraged when they have not yet mastered a skill. #SELtech

A3: Bamboozle, padlet, jamboard are all really great also toy theatre has great manipulatives that are fun to play around with. #SELtech

Q4 How as teachers can we reflect or model on our own emotional intelligence with our students and colleagues? #SELtech

A4: Meaningful professional development can help us to reflect and open/ productive relationships with staff members/peers. #SELtech

Q5: How has COVID and the virtual classroom affected the social responsibility of your students? #SELtech

A5: Some students had a lot of support making them extremely codependent now in the classroom. On the other side some students did not participate because it was hard to hold them accountable. This range of different experiences in the classroom is tough. #SELtech

Q6 What is a school/districts social responsibility to students various needs; I.E: IEP, 504, ELL, ED, Socioeconomic #SELtech

A6: The school/ district should be doing everything in their power to help students receive an equitable education. With time missed because of COVID many students have not been put on the track to receive the accommodations they need. We need to keep an eye out. #SELtech
