As a leader it’s important to ask yourself four questions before you ask something of others: A: Would you do it yourself? B: Can you actually do it yourself? C: What is the clear rationale behind it & can you justify it? D: Are you prepared to lead by example?

My heart breaks for teachers when I see stuff like this. Twitter, for all its arguments and differences, is often miles ahead in terms of good practice, but this sort of stuff is absolutely prevalent on FB. This type of leadership, lack of trust and over accountability reeks.
