The overture to our concert on 28th Jun is Beethoven's Egmont, composed during the period of the Napoleonic Wars, at a time when the French Empire had extended its domination over most of Europe. In Egmont, Beethoven expressed his outrage at Napoleon wanting to crown himself!

We are excited to welcome Alis Huws Alis Huws Harpist and Daniel Shao Daniel Shao as our soloists on 21 March at St Mary's #chesham. They'll be playing Mozart's Flute & Harp Concerto in C Major. Alis played at HM The King's Coronation in 2023 and expects our concert to be as exciting!
