On Day 1 of #SCWeek2025, the “Reimagine, Rethink, Remake International Commercial Dispute Resolution" event brought together young lawyers to exchange learnings and form networks for future collaborations. On the same day, IP Week @ SG 2025 opened with a splash.

Day 2 of #SCWeek2025 saw the gathering of the international arbitration community & launch of the SIAC Restructuring and Insolvency Arbitration Protocol at the SIAC Symposium. The day ended on a high note with our signature "Breaking with Convention" networking event at CHIJMES.

Day 3 of #SCWeek2025 kept the momentum going with SIMC's flagship event to explore how mediation can bridge divides in this fragmented world. Next, SIDRA's forum showcased initiatives to strengthen dispute resolution mechanisms across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Day 4 of #SCWeek2025 unfolded with SMC's Singapore Mediation Lecture, which enhanced the understanding and use of mediation and ADR processes. During LawSoc's programme, expert panels discussed ethical challenges and role of arbitral institutions in shaping ethical standards.

Day 5 of #SCWeek2025 saw participants discuss sustainability and well-being while exploring Tanjong Pagar during Maxwell Chambers' Walk & Talk. Later that morning, LawSoc & SIMI held a seminar to examine ethical tensions and emerging global standards in the mediation profession.
