Woeps, toen ging de tijd opeens heel snel! Ik werk aan een onderzoeksidee waarbij ik gebruik wil maken van data donaties om te kijken hoe mensen bewust afstand nemen van digitale media platformen, en hoe platform-algoritmen daarin een rol spelen. 1/2

Data donatie houdt in dan mensen zelf hun gebruikersdata van bijv. sociale media downloaden, en deze dan delen voor onderzoek. Mijn collega's Kaiyang Qin, Saar Mollen en Eline Smit hebben toevallig net een mooie studie gepubliceerd met deze methode: doi.org/10.1016/j.appe… 2/2

Een ander leuk aspect van mijn werk: Samenwerken met wetenschappers uit verschillende disciplines en landen. Vandaag hebben speciaal bezoek van Atma Jaya Universiteit in Jakarta, Indonesië: dr. Wisnu Wiradhany. Met o.a. Doug Parry en collega's die niet op X zitten ;-)
