The biggest thing that weakens your will power is the need for instant gratification.

Don’t confuse patience with procrastination.

Turn rejection into redirection.

Doubt increases with inaction. The longer you stay stagnant, the louder those negative thoughts become.

Be socially selective. Set standards for the people who come in your life.

Motivation is bullshit. Either you want better or you don’t.

You need repeatable habits to stay on track. Success isn't an accident.
