So much Ego on social media, so much vanity it’s hardly surprising people are unfulfilled with their less-than-perfect lives - You DO NOT need to be an acrobat to do yoga, you DO NOT need to be dating a model or be super-fit & money/things are just a temporary buzz 🙏🏻☀️ Be happy!

One of the biggest causes of depression if ask me is the constant narcissism on social media with people boasting about their perfect life, their amazing career, their gorgeous partner & enhanced physique/looks - Be kind, don’t sell a lie!.....

As a Yoga teacher I often hear “I’d like to try Yoga but I’d be useless as I’m just not flexible” - Up to 50% of your lack-of-flexibility can come from mental stress creating tension in your body - dwell on that for a moment!
