Congrats to our Culinary students who competed at the Texas ProStart Invitational! Our team of 5: Julia, Olivia, Camila, Gina & Emma, placed 3rd out of 46 in National Culinary Track, creating a menu for a 3 course meal factoring in plate presentation. We're so proud of you!

Also big congrats to our 2 Culinary students who placed in individual events at the Texas ProStart Invitational! Emily took home 1st place for Cake Decorating (BBQ Theme) & Nishka took home 1st place for Cake Skills. Great job ladies! Kerri Finnesand

In preparation for their upcoming certification exams, our Clinical Rotations & EMT students practiced their BLS/CPR skills. Our teachers did a great job making the week fun & exciting, even holding some friendly competitions. Thanks to the STEAM Center for hosting our students!
