Been involved in football for many many years, the money being thrown around ATM is crazy. I’m not criticising anyone, its just a crazy time and I’ve not seen anything like it before.

If managers want more loyalty from players then investing a small amount of time to check in away from the game would go far IMO. Don’t let your big budget drive ego it will make you lazy and result in a lazy team. A teams work rate holds clues.
