Dispensationalism has the most accurate understanding of Hebrews 7-10 because it best grasps the transition from the Mosaic Covenant era to the New Covenant era. Hebrews is not reinterpreting the Old Testament.

Theology 101: If people have to misrepresent, selectively quote from, lie about, straw-man, lampoon, and condemn to hell godly supporters of a particular theological perspective, what does that tell you about those people?

The dispensational view, based on Matthew 5:17-18, is that Jesus works for and guarantees the accomplishment of EVERYTHING stated and promised in the Old Testament (i.e. Law and Prophets). Literal fulfillment of all its details through His two advents.
