Well, booked a long weekend in Winchester for my birthday, staying at voco hotels by IHG - we booked a suite, so expect a certain level of service, but find the shower falling apart, dirty bath & shit stained toilet that couldn’t have been cleaned for weeks! Complained & still dirty!
