Tmrw it's Royal College of Midwives 💙's Student Midwife Celebration Day, recognising the future of the midwifery profession. But too many won't graduate because the burden of debt is too much. It's time to forgive student debt for those committed to working in the NHS for a minimum of 3 years

Unfortunately we’re hearing very similar stories in midwifery. A record number of much needed midwives qualifying this year but limited funds to employ them. Very concerning. Royal College of Midwives 💙 are investigating.
