Happy Tuesday my friends! I’m at the airport for my flight to Vancouver, Canada! My eldest daughter is getting married on Saturday and I will be on grandmother duty looking after her baby this week while she gets ready! I had a great 7.4 miles and sparkly 🔥70f swim! 🧜‍♀️

I landed in Vancouver yesterday afternoon and we had dinner on Locarno Beach! There are fires burning in Port Alberni, the sun looked so strange!

Happy Wednesday my friends! Back in California and finally took a selfie in my favorite flowers! My new son-in-law at the rehearsal dinner said he’s sending the flower runner a flower subscription every month this year! 🌸🌸 I ran every day except yesterday when I was flying!

Here I am on Saturday at my eldest daughter’s wedding in Vancouver, Canada! It was so beautiful at the church for the ceremony and then at the Tea House at Prospect Point! It was a real celebration of the love of my daughter and her new husband!

My last week- my girls added extensions to my hair, coffee shops, running every morning in Vancouver, the church wedding of my eldest daughter, the reception then in Redmond, WA with my second daughter! A celebration of life with my family!

Happy Thursday my friends! I had a very early run and swim! Sunshine, petals and hibiscus dreams in Orange County! It was a busy day with my second daughter and her toddler! We had so much fun at Baby Beach this morning and this afternoon at the Lake with the ducks!
