We recently discovered a new occurrence of Schistidium spinosum in the Black Forest, Germany, a tiny species with sinose-toothed hairpoint and cyathiform capsules with perforated peristome. I was there last weekend and luckily the capsules were just ripe

The view from the Belchen (Schwarzwald, SW-Germany) to the Alps is always a highlight if there is a good viewing weather like last weekend.
