My #Microsoft Update. I am safe... And I'm pretty excited about the change and the added responsibility. Every year I view it as another 1 year extension. Heart breaks for those that were impacted. A few of my close colleagues are being let go. 9,000 were let go this round.

I set a goal this year of doing 70,000 steps a week as I figured I would probably miss a few 10,000 steps on a given day. But today, it is 200 days in a row of 10K steps.

And this is how you do it! When the entire world has eyeballs on your company, you capitalize on the moment.

Had a great 5K yesterday. No walking, first sub 30 min after 8 year pause, had several family and friends join me, and we raised money to help pay bills for those going through #cancer treatments. #running #exercise #family #race
