A little late, but I can’t express how proud I am of these guys. Watching them grow up in front of my eyes and carry the torch for our sport. Call me sentimental, but it is so important for us to leave Ultimate in good hands. Trust me, it is in great hands! World Champs forever!

When a dream 7 years in the making comes true!!! So thankful and incredibly proud to play in front of my hometown community. That was for my students and school!!! Ian Toner said it well, goosebumps watching this again. I’ll never forget how loud the crowd was for that goal!

Breaking news from the Los Angeles Aviators. Pawel Janas restructures his six year deal to include an appearance on Dancing with the Stars. I have been told if he makes it past the first round LA will host Championship Weekend in Santa Barbara 👀

If the records are accurate, today is a special day for me. This will be my 100th game in the AUDL! I am thankful to my family, friends, fans and especially my teammates on the Los Angeles Aviators and the Oakland Spiders. Forever a Champion and forever chasing another.
