Yesterday, I swung by Taka’s Box Lunch in Mapunapuna for their weekly lunch special. For just $11.50, I scored a crispy, juicy pork chop smothered in savory mushroom gravy, served with rice, a choice of salad or mac salad (I picked the tossed salad), and a canned drink.

Journal Update: Day 69 of Ogo Cultivation Project at Waikalua Loko Fishpond System. On August 1, Gracilaria tikvahiae evenly redistributed across tanks 5, 6, and 7. All aerator diffusers are now functional, though water pressure across the tanks remains a concern.
