Our paper on the The Brain Tumor Sequence Registration challenge (BraTS-Reg) MICCAI SIG-BIR is now live! We proposed a novel deep learning network to predict brain MRIs after tumor removal surgery. Our lab achieved 6th place in the challenge. arxiv.org/pdf/2212.04579…
