A brilliant afternoon yesterday supporting youngsters on the DESA holiday activity programme. Students from Sheffield Hallam University delivered our 'Faster, Higher, Stronger' profiling session. Fun was had and medals were awarded.

Well done to all our lifters at the recent Liverpool weightlifting club open and thanks to all our coaches. 6 lifters, 5 medals, many PBs.
