Finally on the ME front, I am NOT saying stress causes it. For me, Lyme caused it. My body went into severe stress to fight the disease. As bodies naturally do. Reducing stress in other areas of my life helped recovery but was not sole cause or answer. My book isn’t about that.x

I’ve done a Number One… I didn’t really want to write this book at all! But felt it was right to tell my story at this time. The fact that it has helped others makes me weepy eyed with gratitude. Perhaps the more honest we are with each other the safer and freer we feel.
