        The first examination of marijuana enforcement trends in NY reveals inequities that disproportionately harm Black and Latino communities. This data can help communities rethink marijuana policy around #racialjustice Learn more: arnoldventures.org/stories/-data-… @DCJ_jjay #marijuanajustice
        We analyzed 311 calls in New York City and found that the majority of complaints were related to conditions of buildings, public space, and noise, and less than 2% were related to “social disorder”.
