This weekend, your #MercianWarriors undertook essential recruit and pre course training. 3 of our @Army4Mercian recruits from C Company are conducting the second part of their Role Fitness Test Basic Training, to qualify them as trained soldiers.

We also have 2 soldiers from D Company, 1 soldier from B Company, and 1 officer from C Company, doing the full Role Fitness Test before they attend Brecon for PCBC and ITC for PJNCO. All conducted outside ⛄️ and within COVID guidelines. #StandFirmStrikeHard
